Product Description

Alloy 705 is a tough nickel-chromium-boron matrix alloy holds extremely hard tungsten-carbide particles used for protection from severe sliding abrasion. It has spheroidal and non spheroidal shape. It’s used on screw conveyors and augers. Finished by grinding. The method of application is fusewelder. Fusing temperature is about 1025 °C(1875 °F).

Surface Preparation

Surface should be clean, white metal, with no oxides (rust), dirt, grease, or oil on the
surface to be coated. Note: It is best not to handle surfaces after cleaning.
Recommended method of preparation is, to grit blast with 24 mesh aluminum oxide,
rough grind, or rough machine in a lathe.

Packing Details

Each bottle 5kg/bottles, 4 bottles pack in one carton,

then put cartons onto pallet or Box. OEM packing & label or customized packing methods available.
